New DVDs Available
Our newest DVD is our Balance for Life DVD.  It is designed as a simple, follow along, progression of exercises to regain the confidence in balance that we lose as we get older.  These exercises are also used by anyone who is having difficulty with balance in everyday life.  You can find it in our STORE, with the other Unlimited Athlete DVD's.

Training for Athletes
Need to improve your jump, get to the ball faster, get stronger, or explode off the starting block?  You've come to the right place!  We work with athletes at all levels to improve their performance within their sport.  Our trainers have made a difference with athletes at all ages and skill levels, from young athletes gaining an understanding of movement principles, to nationally ranked athletes preparing for college or international competition, to professional athletes getting to the top of their game.  We have the experience in your sport to help you and your team excel in competition.

Personal Training
Looking to take your fitness level up a notch, prep for an event, or get back at it after an injury or absence?  Our combination of clinical and athletic training experience can help you re-establish goals and a program, take your endeavors to the next level, or get back to fitness after an injury, surgery, or medical condition.  All in a fun and safe environment at our facilities within the Valley Medical complex in Renton.
