5 athletes from the King Aquatic Club won the team championship for club women at the 2008 USA Swimming Short Course National Championship yesterday at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center, site of the 1996 Olympic swimming competition. KING scored 255 points beating out second place Swim Atlanta and third place Athens Bulldog Swim Club. 4 of these athletes train with Unlimited Athlete: Ariana Kukors, Kim Jasmer, Lindsey Marchand, and Elena Karpeeva.

Margaret Hoelzer win Silver in Beijing  in the 200m backstroke.  The race was won by Kirsty Coventry of Zimbabwe who took the world record back from Hoelzer.  Read more  Margaret also wins Bronze in the 100 Back and Silver in the 400 medley relay.

SCFC 94 Blue Makes to top of premier league in first weekend! With quick disposal of their opponents, the South County Football Club '94 qualified in the Premier Division 1 in the first weekend of qualifying play.  SCFC 94 Blue

A great story from one of our athletes.  It's not just about training!  Rites of Passages

Karpeeva and Brand have successful summers of international racing.  Svetlana Karpeeva won at the Russian National Championships and a bronze medal in the 200IM at the WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES in Bangkok, Thailand.  Heather Brand wins 7 medals at the ALL AFRICA GAMES, including national and continental records.

Elena Karpeeva gains bronze medal at the Russian National Championships in the 400 Individual Medal in her first competition in Russia since training in the United States.

Marley Prothero and Brianne Lindblad defend their WA state HS swim titles.  Marley wins the 200IM for the 2nd straight year and Brianne wins the 100 backstroke for the fourth straight year.  Brianne also won the 100 freestyle, 200 medley relay and the 400 Freestyle relay.
