Training
At Unlimited Athlete, we stress the importance of biomechanical alignment in all of our strength training programs. We believe that to develop excellence in a sport or activity, you have to train for the demands of that activity. Activities are not performed in a single plane of movement, therefore we design our strength training programs and exercises to be multi-planar, truly sport/lifestyle based.
With an emphasis on the core, we develop the strength from the
center of the body outward.
Utilizing
techniques and philosophies from all over the world, our programs get a blend of
traditional "weightlifting", yoga, martial arts, dance, and "Eastern Bloc"
techniques. This makes training with Unlimited Athlete a unique, yet
highly effective, experience.
Strength training appointments are conducted at the Valley Fitness Center, located in the Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA.
